Using Our Facilities

• The safety of all children and their caregivers is of the upmost importance to See Saw Play Cafe Limited. 

• Whilst we will take reasonable steps to ensure that our facilities are safe for children, the safety of children remains the responsibility of the parent/caregivers with whom they are attending. All children must be supervised at all times while using our facilities.

• We reserve the right to take appropriate action where children are unsupervised, exhibiting unacceptable/harmful behaviour or our terms and conditions are not being observed. Appropriate action may include but is not limited to parties being asked to leave our facilities, for which we do not offer a refund. We will not be held liable for any injuries or damages caused by a child/children's unacceptable or harmful behaviour or lack of supervision on the part of the appropriate parent/carer. 

• All parties using our facilities are limited to two adults per child.
